Wreath workshop held

The Southwest Virginia Museum Historical State Park, Big Stone Gap, Virginia,hosts a “Homemade Evergreen Wreath Making” workshop Tuesday, Nov. 12, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the museum’s Victorian Parlor.

Join park staff and volunteers for a cozy, fun-filled evening. At this hands-on workshop participants learn to craft their very own homemade evergreen wreath from scratch using fresh, fragrant greenery and natural embellishments. No experience needed.


The fee for the “Homemade Evergreen Wreath Making” workshop is $30 per person. All supplies and materials are provided. Registration is required by 4 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 7. Spaces are limited, so register early by calling 276-523-1322.

The award-winning Virginia State Parks are managed by the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation.
