Colleges Invest in the Arts

• Southwest Virginia Community College opened an arts center less than two years ago.
• Milligan College and Northeast State Community College expect to be using their new arts buildings by the end of fall semester.
• Emory & Henry College just started its fundraising campaign, so construction has not begun on that campus.
