They’ve supported organizations including United Way of Bristol, Feeding Southwest Virginia, YWCA, Morrison School, Branch House Family Justice Center, Second Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Tennessee and the Bristol Lifesaving Crew.
They support a wide range of requests – from grassroots community projects to large regional initiatives, so the grant amount varies based on the needs and impact of each program. Their focus is on making a meaningful difference, and they strive to distribute funds in a way that reaches as many deserving organizations as possible.
Their annual sponsorship season opens each fall for the following year’s partnerships. They ask that requests are submitted at least three months in advance for review and planning.
Hard Rock accepts submission requests for nonprofits at hgbrisponsorships@hrhcbristol.com or through their Day of Giving and Band Together fund portal online (casino.hardrock.com/bristol/day-of-giving).
Applications are reviewed by a mix of internal and community stakeholders to ensure broad, meaningful impact across arts, education, health, food security and other community priorities.
