ABINGDON, VA - April 1, Barter Theatre will close sales for the 2013 Season PassBooks. "This is the last chance to save up to 50 percent off Barter Theatre tickets, which when purchased individually, range from $27 to $44," said Amber Bird, director of sales and services.
Barter offers five different Season PassBooks that cater to different schedules and can also be shared. "Unlike other season passes which can only be used by the pass holder, Barter PassBooks can be used to bring your friends and family with you," said Bird.
For those who want to see all eight Barter Main Stage shows in 2013, the Porterfield PassBook ($252, equals a $21 ticket) offers one admission to every Barter Main Stage show plus three admissions to Barter Stage II.
The Anytime PassBook ($192, equals a $32 ticket) is for those who like more flexibility and includes six admissions to any show, any time, any day.
The Value PassBook ($174, equals a $29 ticket) offers six admissions for any show, any day except Friday and Saturday evenings.
For the person who likes to be one of the first to see a show, the Early Bird PassBook ($144, equals a $24 ticket) offers six admissions to any show during the first 12 performances.
The 5 to 30 PassBook ($88, equals a $22 ticket) is available year-round, as supplies last, and includes four tickets to any show Barter has to offer. The 5 to 30 Pass is only valid for patrons between the ages 5 and 30.
