"Jammin' on Piedmont" by P. Buckley Moss
BRISTOL, TN/VA - On Tuesday, December 6, Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion (BRRR) unveiled P. Buckley Moss's latest depiction of the annual music festival.
At the press conference, Moss unveiled "Jammin' on Piedmont," her second offering in what will eventually be a trio of fine art designs for Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion. Her Country Music Mural design will be unveiled next year. All proceeds from the artwork will go to support the non-profit event.
"Last year Moss illustrated a beautiful design called 'Music on State Street.' In it she featured musicians on the festival's State Street Stage with Bristol landmarks prominently in the background. We were so pleased with it that Moss offered to do two more fundraisers for us with artwork depicting the Piedmont and the Country Music Mural stages," says Leah Ross, BRRR executive director.
Limited edition giclée and fine art prints of "Jammin' on Piedmont" are now on sale. The design will not be used for Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion's annual poster. Fine art posters of "Jammin' on Piedmont" are $60; giclée prints are $95. Giclée and fine art posters of "Music on State Street" are still available for the same price. In addition, "Music on State Street" limited edition Christmas ornaments are $42.
Giclée prints (pronounced JEE-clay) are fine art digital renderings made by ink-jet printers; giclées are considered to be the highest form of reproduction of original artwork.
