Tennesseans for the Arts Unveils New Web Site

November 2, 2010

NASHVILLE, TN -- Tennesseans for the Arts (TFTA), the state's leading arts advocacy group, recently unveiled its new Web site (www.tn4arts.org).

The re-designed site includes information on TFTA's mission, and provides details on becoming a member, information on specialty license plates, and advice on how individuals can advocate for the arts.

New to the site is a store, where the newly-published book, Tradition: Tennessee Lives and Legacies, can be ordered. The photography book highlights the state's folk heritage through 25 profiles of folk artists.

In addition, the site provides opportunities for arts supporters to follow TFTA on Twitter and Facebook.

"We are just overjoyed with the new Web site design," said Bob Kucher, president of TFTA. "The site is more readable and user friendly, and should be an excellent resource for those advocating for the arts in Tennessee."
