A Holiday History & Craft: Paper Heart Basket Valentine workshop is held Feb. 14 at 1:30 p.m., at Sycamore Shoals State Historic Area, Elilzabethton, Tennessee. The workshop is free and is limited to 10 participants.
Join Museum Curator Chad Bogart and learn how 18th century Americans celebrated Valentine’s Day while making a simple heart shaped basket based on a nearly 200 year-old paper valentine. Recommended for ages 10 and up, but all ages are welcome.
