Many include assignments and critiques; and some offer optional one-on-one consultation.
The series is designed to meet the needs of small creative businesses dealing with the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Also due to the pandemic, Create Appalachia is offering these workshops at reduced ticket prices. This is due to a generous grant from the Tennessee Arts Commission.
All workshops are offered virtually from January to March. If possible, in-person workshops begin in April, but the series will revert back to an online platform if safety demands. Seats for each of the classes are limited, so early registration is encouraged.
