Cady Heron grew up in Africa, but suburban Illinois is a whole new jungle. To take down queen bee Regina George, she goes undercover with The Plastics. As her real and fake selves blur, Cady must find her way back to her true friends—and herself. Adapted from Tina Fey’s 2004 blockbuster film and the Broadway smash hit, "Mean Girls Jr."is sure to be so fetch.
The production features22young actors, ages 11 to 16. The cast includes KCT veteransChloe Harrisonas Cady Heron,Connor Wattersas Damian, andMaggie Ingleas Janis Sarkisian. Making up the legendary Plastics areLeeland Robbinsas Regina George,Maggie Lambas Gretchen WienersandIzzy Badgleyas Karen Smith. Also featured areOlivia Birkbeck as Lizzie, Zoe Brockman as Glen Coco, Allison Loveday as Shane Omanand Caedmon Gifford as Aaron Samuels. Additional cast members includeSage Jamison, Lydia Komeshak, Colette Munyon, Afton Schuh, Macon Sloan, Auden Tatler, Taylor Tuckerand Grace Templeton. Making their KCT debuts areLila Kelley, Stella Rabinowitzand Brooklynn Rudacille.
The show is directed by guest directorMadison M. Mansouriand designed by15 student designers, ages 10 to 16. KCT veteranEva Rogersprovides scenic design with assistance fromDesmond Gondo, Tabi Maanum, Paris Harris, and Joelle Arellano.Elaina Wardserves as the lighting designer.Ellery Wynnleads costume design with assistance fromIsabella Summers, Jesse Watsonand Riley Rickman. Props are managed byCaroline Simmons, with support fromEmily Sheldon and RJ Bumpus. The production is stage-managed byGraham Sexton, assisted byLyric Dyer.
