• APRIL 16 – MAY 28:Art Nouveau Inspired Textile Workshopis held for six weeks at William King Museum of Art, Abingdon, Va., from 6-8 p.m. Pull inspiration from the Wardrobe: Historical Fashions exhibition and the Art Nouveau exhibition. Learn about the patterns, colors and motifs of art nouveau. Design your textile, which will be printed through Spoonflower.com. Once the textiles are received, participants learn how to make an Art Nouveau-inspired clutch purse using the fabrics they created.
