Radio station news personalities Thurston Wheelis and Arles Struvie, played by Mike Locke and Fred Dunagan, respectively, report on various Yuletide activities, including the hot competition in the annual lawn-display contest, and Joe Bob Lipsey’s production of “A Christmas Carol” that the theater is depending on to pay the overdue electric bill.
