Ornament workshop is held

Big Stone Gap, VA.The Southwest Virginia Museum Historical State Park continues its 2024 monthly workshops with the October workshop being a “No-Sew Holiday Ornament Workshop.” The workshop will be held on Tuesday, October 8, from 6 to 8 p.m., in the museum’s Victorian parlor.

Would you love to learn how to make your own no-sew holiday ornament? If so, then join park staff and volunteers for a fun night and learn how to make your own one-of-a-kind no-sew holiday ornament. The “No-Sew Holiday Ornament Workshop” is the perfect get-together with friends, date night or a team outing. Guests will learn how to create two of their own unique, one-of-a-kind ornament to take home for years of enjoyment.

The fee for the workshop is $15 per person; All supplies and materials are included for two ornaments. Registration is required by 4 p.m. on Friday, October 4.
