A celebration in honor of the Arts Alliance Mountain Empire Arts Achievement Awards winners is held Saturday, May 19 at 6 p.m., at the Holiday Inn in Bristol, Virginia.
This year’s Gala honors Kelly Bremner, Cornelia Laemmli Orth, Mary Beth Rainero, Leah Ross and Charles Vess.
The winners were chosen from a diverse and talented group of individuals from across the region. Each of the winners has made a significant contribution to the arts in our community, not just as artists, but also as inspirations and mentors to other artists.
AAME is proud to honor their achievements and invites you to join us in our celebration. The event supports the growing services the Alliance offers the community, such as its Arts Achievement Awards, A! Magazine for the Arts and the AAME Speaker Series. The evening begins with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres at 6 p.m., with dinner following at 7 p.m. There is musical entertainment and a silent art auction.
