BRISTOL, Tenn. – King College held its annual honors convocation on April 12, 2010, to honor students for their academic and athletic accomplishments as well as their commitment to community service.
The following students were presented awards in recognition of their arts-related achievements:
-- The American Choral Directors Association National Student Award: Andy Cumbow, Bristol, Tenn.
-- The Allen Trousdale Guild Players Award: Katherine Bowers, Bristol, Va., and Tiffany Morgan, Owenton, Ky.
-- The Jerri Whitner Henderson Fine Arts Scholarship Award: Nora Beth Moran, Kingsport, Tenn.
