When you submit a news release for publication in our calendar or as a brief story, please make sure you include the following
• The name of the event or the performer
• The location of the event
• The date and time of the event
• A brief description of the event
• Ticket price, if applicable
• Contact information that can be published. We prefer a phone number and web address or email.
• Photos if you have them Our deadlines usually run approximately a month prior to publication date.
