Jan-Carol Publishing, Inc., of Johnson City, Tennessee, announces the nationwide release of "Reclaiming Christmas," by award-winning author, Melissa Sneed Wilson.
Wilson is the award-winning author of "Growing up and Going Back." A communications professional and adjunct professor, Wilsonenjoys authoring stories that are relatable, inspirationaland filled with hope. She placed in the semifinals for the Kairos Prize for Uplifting Screen Plays in 2009 and 2012 for her scripts, "Whose You Are" and "Castle in the Sand." She received a Bachelor of Arts in communications and Spanish from Carson-Newman University and a master’s in professional communication from East Tennessee State University. She lives in Blountville, Tennessee, with her husband and their two children.
"Reclaiming Christmas" is a romance movie in a book form. Set during the holiday season, the novel follows a cynical economic consultant grieving the loss of his parents as he butts heads with a Christmas-obsessed hospital administrator over their town's annual holiday festival. As they navigate their feelings about Christmas and each other, they learn maybe they aren't that different from one another after all.
