A highlight of the program will be a lecture entitled "Renoir's Ladies," presented by Jeffrey W. Allison, a leading art educator and award-winning photographer from the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts in Richmond.
BRISTOL, VA - The Fine Art & Photography Workshops sponsored by Arts Alliance Mountain Empire and Virginia Intermont College will be held Thursday, March 24, 2011 on the college campus.
The program, From Renoir to the Digital Age: Conveying Passion in Portraiture, will be held from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Workshops include Digital Media, Portrait Lighting, and Painting Demonstration.
$15 includes lunch ($12 for VI senior program members).
