School of Theatre Arts Spring classes run through February and March:
5-7-year-olds spark a love for being onstage in Creative Dramatics. Topics include theatergames, improv, practicing being something you’re not, audition practice, and more
8-10 year olds enjoy Dramatics 1 consisting of theatergames and improv, as well as working to build a foundation for acting, gain confidence, and practice auditioning
11-13 year olds learn about characterization, dig into acting technique, and practice auditioning in Dramatics 2
Participants also have fun with favorite games such as Hitchhiker and Actor’s Worst Nightmare, and make friends who enjoy the dramatic arts.

The Cathy DeCaterina School of Theatre Arts is open to all ages and experience levels seeking to improve their theaterskills, build confidence, prepare for upcoming productions, or enjoy just for fun.
A range of classes and workshops are taught for children and adults with topics for artists who want to be onstage, backstage, or both. Workshops include acting, musical theaterdance, costume design, set design, lighting and sound design, understanding scripts, directing, stage management, makeup, choral singing, dialects, creative dramaticsand more. Audition workshops run periodically featuring the directors of upcoming Theatre Bristol productions.
